This was one of two books that I photographed for Spectrum Fine Art Publishing in Texas. ( Written by: Nancy Glenn )
( Fuji Velvia Film, Nikon cameras and lens, Manfrotto tripods, Bowen strobes and light boxes. ) Designed By: Kelly Brooks A aerial of the University from a Cessna 172 fixed wing plane. The door was removed for ease of manouverablity I had a safety harness attached. ( Fuji Velvia 50 ISO film, Nikon 100X and 85mm lens ) This is the entrance to the George Bush Library and Museum that is on the campus. I used a 16mm Nikon lens on a Manfrotto tripod that was flattened to the floor. A Nikon 25 Speed light was set to TTL and exposer of 2 seconds at F22 was used. To keep the detail in the sealing I taped a Cokin ND gradual filter as well as a Blue gradual filter to the outside of the lens. The filters were taped so there would be no sign of vignetting in the photos corner from a standard Cokin filter holder. A standard photo using a 20mm Nikon lens set at F22 and a Nikon 100X camera that was secured to a tripod was used to captured this odd accurance of mist that had rolled in early in the morning. One of the many stunning art galleries on the campus.
